Patrick Carroll founded Covamp Renewables after 8+ years designing commercial and utility-scale solar and energy storage systems, most recently at Pure Power Engineering and GameChange Solar. It was there that he realized the typical development process can lack the engineering background necessary to provide clients with practical, optimized, and customized solutions.

Patrick has designed, reviewed, and been deeply involved in solar and BESS projects from 100 kW to 600 MW, spanning mechanical, structural, and electrical disciplines, with nearly 1 GW of combined capacity. His work includes interconnection compliance across major utility territories, including PSEG, Eversource, and ConEd. He holds NABCEP PV Installation Professional and OSHA 30-Hour Construction certifications.
